It doesn't matter. "Hours" feature was in previous beta version of the game and is not used anymore. We will change it to "days"

Yes, training don't depend on any other aspect of the game. It can change but not earlier than next season.

And I prefer it doesn't change, I think its great now, you train every day, not every session.

You will train every day, but trainings will end when last session of the day ends. So instead of midnight CET, training will be calculated after Practice 1 (first day), after Practice 2 (second day) and after Race 2 (third day). On sunday there will be training on midnight as it is now.

I think that it would be nice that training depends on what you do on the rest of the day.

For instance, if you drive practice 10 laps, you train only /5th of a normal training.
So you have to choose beetween preparing the race a lot and training a lot.

Looking from one side - you're right.
But from the other hand, every driven km also improve your skills.
I think that we can enhance training logic in the future but for this moment it is enough and we have plenty of other important things to add (sponsors/challenges/private leagues/cups/other series)

I discovered new bug. There are players who gained a lot of points for car_setup training. Biggest skill value is over 4000. We will reduce it today.
Fortunately this skill is not yet used (and will be renamed to skill_feedback.

Then, sundays will be totally useless, if we can't train do at least that drivers recover 50 or 100 energy, as they rest that day and don't do anything.

And wouldn't be easier for every one to have on mondays only practice 1, on tuesdays only practice 2, and on wednesday till 18 or 19pm qualifying, and then the races

The same for thursday, friday and saturday.

It may be a problem now, as we have less time to qualify, but you have planned an automatic qualifying, so that problem would be fixed

Not by now. I just pointed out how it is in reality.
In RacingLife you gain skill points only for trainings that will be calculated everyday (Sunday too)
